The success of the Bottom-Up Collection by Liu Jo renews itself season after season. The Liu Jo Bottom-Up remains an iconic garment that unites a technical solution focused on setting off the wearer’s physique and a catchy, modern stile: thanks to the reverse yoke and the dart in a well defined point, the hip area size is remodelled in a way that sets off and slims up the curves with incredible results. As usual we have studied the different fits and combined them in the “magic fit” solution that sets of, redefines and slims up the lines inspired by the values of femininity, elegance and seduction that are part of every interpretation of the Liu Jo style.After the official launch of the collection abroad, the new Bottom-Up Collection spring/summer 2012 is here, increasingly wider and innovative. The new collection contains 66 models, with 23 silhouette types and 19 washes, two of which were also in the previous season. There are three new fits, in tune with the new fashion trends: Skinny Leg Thigh, a very slim fit with rear stitches and zipper on the bottom of the leg, Slim Leg High Waist, a classic now in a high waistline version, and Boot Cut with a slightly tapered leg bottom (a la 70s).As you can see, Liu Jo continues in its commitment to renew the skinniest fits with new silhouette types, washes and treatments on one side and on the other hand to develop fittings more in tune with the new trends, with an increasing Seventies allure. This season also features a wide range of washes and treatments, from the unwashed, essential denim to the angry wash, where the cloth undergoes intense treatments like grazes, scratches, chemical treatment and stone wash. The fabrics are chiefly lightweight, very summer-like, and (a novelty for this season) some new models have been inserted in the collection: coloured denim, white, gray and beige nuances.
