GLAM IN THE CITY

Liu Jo, on the occasion of Pitti Immagine Uomo No. 79, celebrated 15 years of activity with a fashion show/event characterised by and “urban glam” atmosphere which was held yesterday evening (Tuesday 11th January 2011). “Liu Jo Glam in the City”: this was the theme of the event which saw Marco and Vannis Marchi, the owners of the company based in Carpi, meeting over 500 guests including journalists, buyers and trend setters. The guest star, charming in her black Liu Jo dress, was one of the most elegant and talented actresses of Italian cinema: Anita Caprioli. The soirée reached its climax during the fashion show illustrating the metropolitan fascination and romantic traits of all the Liu Jo, Liu Jo Jeans (Women &Men), Liu Jo Accessories and Liu Jo Shoes Fall/Winter 2011 collections, with an additional small role played by the Liu Jo Junior line. The fashion show was followed by a dinner party characterised by a glamorous and informal atmosphere. Moreover, during the afternoon the guests of Liu Jo could appreciate the retailing philosophy of the brand thanks to a “shop experience” in the Liu Jo flagship store in via Calimala 12r in Florence and the brand new Liu Jo Accessories store, the first Liu Jo mono-brand store devoted to the world of accessories and shoes, which was opened on 9th January.
